The first step is usually a free 20-minute phone consultation. This is a clinical conversation. We’ll talk briefly about what’s bringing you in, what you’ve tried before, and what you’re hoping for. I’ll ask some questions to understand whether what you need is something I can help with. You’ll get a sense of how I work and whether I sound like the right clinician for what you’re carrying.
If it seems like a fit, we’ll schedule a first appointment. If it doesn’t, I’ll do my best to point you toward a clinician or resource that would serve you better. Either outcome is a useful one.

My office is at 185 Devonshire Street, Suite 902, in downtown Boston. The location is convenient to several MBTA stops and to parking on Devonshire and surrounding streets.For clients who prefer or require telehealth, I see clients through a HIPAA-compliant platform provided by SimplePractice. Telehealth allows us to connect from wherever you are and is appropriate for most kinds of clinical work. Many clients use a mix of in-office and telehealth sessions depending on schedule, weather, and what the work is asking for in a given week.
